1)Introduction

A contract is formed between a customer, (referred to as the customer), and Michelle's Footcare,(referred to as the company), when an appointment is booked by the customer. An appointment may be booked via verbal or electronic form. The service shall mean any service that is provided by the company to the customer. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2)Supply

The company agrees to supply the service to the customer as detailed /discussed in the booking arrangement/agreement and according to the terms and conditions of this contract.

3)Payment

Payment shall be agreed upon and received in full directly by the company upon completion of each appointment. A written receipt can be provided upon request.

4)Health and Safety

The company and customer will act in accordance with all relevant health and safety requirements in order to provide the service. Michelle's Footcare will thoroughly disinfect all equipment used and wear PPE as appropiate.

5)Data Protection

Michelle's Footcare will store all customers personal details securely in accordance with data protection regulations.
